Boeing Gold Supplier Certification

On August 17, 1998, Harris Corporation was awarded Gold Level Preferred Supplier Certification (PSC) from the Boeing Company. Only a very limited number of companies, of the thousands of Boeing suppliers worldwide, have attained this highest level of supplier certification status.

In accordance with the PSC program, Harris was evaluated in great detail on the following criteria: How well the company implemented statistical process control techniques; the effectiveness of its business processes; and most importantly, how well the company performed in quality and the delivery of their products.

Harris is required to maintain a 100% on-time delivery record, with zero defects, on all of its deliveries to Boeing in order to maintain Gold status.
