Harris' Full Motion Video Asset Management Engine (FAME™) is a flexible and scalable set of capabilities to ingest, capture, use, exploit, repurpose, transrate, transcode, archive, index, search, discover, and disseminate Motion Imagery data with chat and audio time correlated to input streams. FAME incorporates MISB and commercial video standards that are built into all of the capabilities to enable net-centric interoperable collaborative use and exploitation of motion imagery. FAME provides the essential core technology and data handling capability to plug in and leverage standards-based tools or other pluggable standards-oriented tools for Motion Imagery Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED). FAME also allows activities to be accomplished using FMV and WALF Motion Imagery in a single integrated architecture. Harris' FAME technology and capabilities have been successfully demonstrated at Empire Challenge 2008 and integrated with Lockheed Martin's Audacity capability for Empire Challenge 2009.

The Full Motion Video/Wide Area Aerial Surveillance (FMV/WAAS) Media Collaboration (MC) tool provides users with a real-time collaborative capability to annotate and telestrate on video with tracking annotations. The annotations are not "burned into" the video, but rather stored as tracks adhering to the Motion Imagery Standards Board (MISB) RP 0602 recommendations. The annotations can be toggled on and off by users as desired per viewing preferences.

In addition to the typical video analyst workstation, the tool has been implemented on a handheld device allowing collaboration between geographically separated users over wireless links. The MC tool provides a capability to exploit both FMV and WAAS in a single interface allowing ingest and search from multiple databases and repositories. The MC tool provides the analyst with the ability to convert WAAS Area of Interest (AOI) data into user specified formatted FMV streams for ingest and dissemination. This facilitates the usage of WAAS by the FMV community of users, and enhances the utility of WAAS data.

The Harris AcuityH264™ Encoder enables the delivery of high-definition video through limited bandwidth radio links directly to the warfighter. With its ruggedized, avionics grade packaging and MISB compatible compression/reconstruction solutions, the AcuityH264 is well suited for many military and civilian applications. It provides the resolution needed for tactical mission execution, at the bandwidth available in the field and on the platform.

The Harris RF-7800T ISR Video Receiver provides dismounted soldiers live situational awareness video feeds directly from UAS and other overhead platforms. The radio receives datalink transmission directly from UAS surveillance sensors. The images are fed directly to a monocle so the warfighter has access to the video feed while on the move.
