Jim Traficant, Harris vice president and senior executive of Healthcare Solutions, is a two–time liver transplant survivor who brings the unique perspective of both patient and technologist to accelerating the digital transformation of healthcare. Bart Harmon, MD, MPH, and a national leader in military healthcare and health informatics, is Chief Medical Officer of Healthcare Solutions. Dr. Harmon previously served as Chief Medical Information Officer and director of information management for the Department of Defense's Military Health System. Barclay Butler, Ph.D., vice president of healthcare programs, is the former Chief Information Officer for U.S. Army Medical Department and former IT Support lead for Department of Defense's largest integrated medical delivery system.
