OS/COMET® IAMS (Integrated Alarm and Message Summary) The OS/COMET® IAMS (Integrated Alarm and Message Summary) enables users to easily manage multiple types of alarms and event messages that are critical to effective satellite command and control operations, especially for fleet operations. IAMS provides: - A single display for all messages
- Configurable filters for all messages
- Access to information, error, system, operator, warning, and alarm messages
- Easy to use GUI (Graphical User Interface)
Operators will use IAMS as a single source that combines message monitoring and alarm management for any OS/COMET® session. The GUI provides intuitive access to the system data. By selecting the appropriate filter, operators and engineers can configure the IAMS screen to provide only the specific data they are interested in viewing. This filtering and sorting can be applied to bins that the data is assigned to, or to the specific messages and alarms for a particular session or bin.
